The Macquarie Dragons FC play in the in the GHFA Super League competition, competing with a squad of 36-38 players across Reserve Grade and First Grade.

The club is looking to build on the success of its Super League squad in season 2017.

The Macquarie Dragons have built a great club culture, and have a fantastic youth system in place in delivering an all-inclusive Brand of Football.

Key activities for the Head Coach include:

  • Instilling a respectful and positive culture within the squad in line with the clubs code of conduct policies
  • Working with the Club Coaches on developing and promoting young players coming through the club
  • Working with the Club TD to develop a Brand and Style of Football that promotes a positive Football environment
  • Committing to pre-season, two nights a week training and attending both reserves and First Grade Games on the weekend.
  • Looking to promotion into Premier League for season 2019

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum FFA Senior Certificate
  • Previous experience in a senior coaching environment
  • Working With Children check


  • Ability to bring Assistants
  • Ability to develop young players
